VU NYC is a product of the collaboration of Jean Bordeaux and Hans Solomon. They are friends back when they were college and their relationship can be compared to that of brothers. Initially, what they wanted to put up was a game room. But later on, thought that a restaurant would be a more feasible and profitable business especially in the center of Henderson, Nevada. They got lucky when they landed to this location and from then on, started planning for a business they dreamt of.
It was not easy. They put in so much investment in this place. There were stumbles along the way. But through their hard work and religious effort, they were able to succeed doing such a project. In fact, they did not just ‘succeed’ because they did a really good work in perfecting their craft. They continuously developed strategies that made them stand out amid the strong competition. To date, they have managed to make VU NYC one of the most sought-after restaurants in the whole of Nevada.
What’s next for the VU NYC?
Right now we are at the start of the planning stage of the next branch that we will open. This is in response to the continuous clamor of people for us to do just that. Admittedly, this is a premature move already and one that we should have done a long time ago. But then again, we thought that one was enough. Now, to answer the demand of our customers, to give back to them, and to continuously give them satisfaction through our services and the dishes that we provide, you can anticipate now the opening of our next branch.
